About the Owner

In 1986, Joe Henry started his career in Affordable housing as a maintenance person. After nearly electricuting himself a few times, Joe discovered that educating himself about what he was doing, would be the best bet! Joe set out to learn all he could about not just maintenance, but also the property he was working with. As years went by, learning about all types of Affordable Housing programs and the regulations surrounding them was a passion Joe took very seriously. Even though Joe has served as a Regional Manager, and Director of Operations for a couple management companies, the sharing of experiences and training on the regulations was always something that he placed as a number 1 interest.
With over 30 years experience, Joe's ability to not only train on the regulations but also give many real life examples to support the topics creates a learning environment second to none. When you consider your next training experience, experience counts. Joe provides trainings on all of the major programs including LIHTC, RD, HUD, Home, Bonds, and Fair Housing just to name a few. Workshops are also available for more interactive course with plenty of hands on support. Joe firmly believes in giving people information that they can retain and use.
